Do you give legal advice?
No. We are not a law firm. We give technical opinions and neutral, non-legal mediation. Ask your lawyer about legal questions.
Who leads the firm?
Eng. Haitham Mokhtar, a Chartered Engineer, CEDR-accredited mediator and court-registered expert.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Fees and timelines are agreed at the initial meeting, once we know the scope and the documents. We then confirm them in writing. No obligation until you accept.
Do you have an office?
We work online and paperless across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC. If a physical meeting is needed, we arrange it at a professional location.
Court-appointed cases and private instructions?
Both. When a court appoints Eng. Haitham, its order sets the task and deadlines. For private instructions we agree the scope with you first.
